We ate on the go more than ever before. Here are three health apps that can help you better manage your health when you pursue your dreams.

(1)Doctors On Demand

Doctors On Demand enables you to visit a doctor without ever leaving your home, helping you use a computer, tablet or smart phone to have a doctor video chat with you. The service will help you locate and connect you to licensed doctors, psychologists, pediatricians (儿科医生) and more. Fees can be paid with HAS&FSA. It costs $40 for 15 minutes with a doctor or $50 for 20 minutes with a psychologist.

(2)Text4baby

I’m a big fan of Text4baby for a few reasons. The free service for pregnant women and new moms works by sending text messages to your smart phone three times a week with information about how to have a healthy pregnancy and baby. And the messages are timed to the pregnant woman’s due date or the baby’s date of birth, sending tips that are relevant to where a mother is in her pregnancy or where a baby is in stages of development. Tips range from breastfeeding to car seat safety to reminders about exercise, nutrition and more. The service combines interactive text messages, an app, video and web content in English and Spanish. Sign up by texting BABY to 511-411 or by downloading the app.

(3)RISE

RISE, an app available on iPhone(coming to Android in 2016), pairs you up with (与……绑定) a registered dietitian to improve your diet and reach health goals. You share photos of your meals and your exercise for the day with your coach, who then looks for areas where you can improve and gives advice, helps you set goals and is there to pat you on the back virtually(虚拟地) when you hit a milestone. What’s also great is that you can text as much as you want with your dietitian and there is no need to go into an office. Fees for this service range from $9 per month to $50 a month. There is a free 7-day trial so you can try it out for a week to see if it’s fit for you.

2.

When you find yourself thinking or saying a negative comment about something or someone, stop and force yourself to say something positive instead. Seek the help of a cheerful friend to change you when you complain and help you to see the positive in the situation.

We often complain about the things we don't have without noticing those things we already have. Be grateful for what we have in our life because we are lucky simply for being ourselves. 3.

There are many things we can't change.4.Always find the positive side of each situation, regardless of however difficult the situation is, with parents' and friends' support, we can survive any life changes.

Allow yourself to express your feelings every once in a while.

Constantly ignored negative thoughts could add up if you are really going through a hard time, don't be afraid to share your feelings with close friends or family members or see a therapist.

Find what makes you happy.

D. Are you constantly complaining about your present job?

E. Sometimes this list can be easy, full of hobbies you enjoy

F. So how can you manage to force yourselves to end complaining?

G. Set down things we are thankful for and we'll see that we don't have any reason to complain.

Manners nowadays in big cities like London are particularly non-existent. It's nothing for a big, strong schoolboy to push an elderly woman aside in the dash for the last remaining seat on a bus, much less stand up and offer his seat to her, as he ought to. In fact, it is saddening to note that if a man does offer his seat to an older woman, it is nearly always one from the older generation.

This question of giving up seats in public transport is much argued by young men, who say that, since women have claimed equality, they no longer deserve to be treated with courtesy and that those who go out to work should take their turn in the rat race like anyone else. Women have never claimed to be physically as strong as men. Even if it's not agreed, however, that young men should stand up for older women, the fact remains that courtesy should be shown to the old, the sick and the burdened. Are we really so lost to all ideals of unselfishness that we can sit there indifferently reading the paper or a book, saying to ourselves "First come, first served", while a gray-haired woman, a mother with a young child or a cripple stands? Yet this is too often seen.

Older people, tired and easy annoyed from a day's work, aren't angels, either-far from it. Many an argument or an insulting quarrel breaks out as they feel tired of pushes in the queue and shove(猛推) each other to get on buses.

If cities are to remain pleasant places to live in at all, however, it seems necessary, not only that communication in transport should be improved, but also that communication between human beings should be kept smooth and polite. Shop assistant won't bother to assist, taxi drivers shout at each other as they dash dangerously round comers, bus conductors pull the bell before their desperate passengers have had time to get on or off the bus, and so on. It seems to us that it's up to the young and strong to do their small part to stop such deterioration(恶化).

1.What can be inferred from the first paragraph?

A. A big strong schoolboy never pushes the elderly for a seat on a bus.

B. Young persons are sure to offer seat to the elderly.

C. Older generation have better manners than the young.

D. Elderly women are often treated politely.

2.What's the author's attitude towards the young men's argument about offering seat in public?

A. Tolerant. B. Doubtful. C. Positive. D. Negative.

3.What do we know about older people when they are tired from a day's work?

A. Older people behave worse than the young.

B. Older people may also have unpleasant behaviors.

C. Older people don't like taking buses.

D. Older people are good at argument and quarrel.

4.Why does the author write this article?

A. To tell us that manners nowadays in big cities are non-existent.

B. To scold the persons who have no manners at all.

C. To warn us of the seriousness of young men's lacking good manners.

D. To call on the young to improve the situation.
