Now more and more people get the bad illness called H1N1 flu in our country. But no one gets the illness in our school. Everyone must take temperature three times a day in our school.
First of all, we should wash hands as often as possible. We should keep our hands clean as we almost do everything with our hands. Secondly we should open the window to have more fresh air in the room. We should also keep our rooms and classrooms clean to live in. It can provide us a better environment to live our daily life. Thirdly we should eat more fruit and vegetables to keep ourselves fit and strong. And we should drink more water, because water is very important to us, and water can keep our bodies very fresh and moving, healthily. I think we'll make it! Then we should take exercise every day, because taking exercise helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping healthy. Finally we should stay away from the disease, you'd better stay at home as much as possible and not go to places where there are many people. So far the disease is not so deadly as it seems to be. Do be at ease! Take care and you'll be OK.
