7.So many of us hold on to little complaints that may have come from an argument,a misunderstanding,the way we were raised,or some other painful event.Stubbornly,we wait for someone else to reach out to us-believing this is the only way we can forgive or rekindle a friendship or family relationship.
A friend of mine,recently told me that she hadn't spoken to her son in almost three years.She said that she and her son had had a disagreement about his wife and that she wouldn't speak to him again unless he called first.When I suggested that she be the one to reach out,she said,"I can't do that.He's the one who should apologize."After a little gentle encouragement,however,she did decide to be the first one to reach out.To her amazement,her son was grateful for her willingness to call and offered an apology of his own.As is usually the case when someone takes the chance and reaches out,everyone wins.
Whenever we hold on to our anger,we tum"small stuff(问题)"into really"big stuff"in our minds.We start to believe that our positions are more important than our happiness.They are not.If you want to be a more peaceful person you must understand that being right is almost never more important than allowing yourself to be happy.The way to be happy is to let go,and reach out.Let other people be right.This doesn't mean that you're wrong.Everything will be fine.You'll experience the peace of letting go,as well as the joy of letting others be right.
You'll also notice that,as you reach out and let others be"right",they will become less defensive and more loving toward you.They might even reach back.But,if for some reason they don't,that's okay too.You'll have the inner satisfaction of knowing that you have done your part to create a more loving world,and certainly you'll be more peaceful yourself.

What got me through all this suffering was acceptance----that this is my fate,and now I can either choose to cry about it,or take it positively and push myself …I chose the latter.In fact,when people used to come to visit me in the hospital and get emotional,I would tell them jokes to make them laugh!

I began winning corporate badminton tournaments,and on the suggestion of one of my amputee friends,I decided to try out a national level.I went on to win several medals at the national level,and this year I won silver in the Para Badminton World Championship held in England.I've trained for five hours a day,while doing my job as a software engineer,almost completed my training in scuba diving and travelled pretty much all over India.

3.(38)FExposure to light during the time when you're supposed to be sleeping can destroy your body's internal clock.Turn your light off,or use a very dim(暗淡的)night light.(39)G They include windows,LED clocks and computer lights.
4.Change your sleeping position.You may think that it's impossible to control what position you sleep in since you aren't fully aware of what you are doing,but it is possible and it can make a considerable difference.(40)A

A.If you wake up at midnight,make an effort to have a comfortable position.
B.In other words,sudden change of sleeping time will affect your"biological clock".

Although there is some (64)C as to whether certain foods,such as honey,fit into a vegan diet,if you are cooking for other vegans,it is best to be careful and (65)Dthese foods.Most vegans (66)Athe definition of veganism to go beyond just food and will also avoid the use of all personal and household products tested on animals,and avoid (67)Band using all animal-derived non-food products,such as leather,fur and wool.
What do vegans eat?
This is perhaps the most common question about veganism.A vegan diet includes grains,beans,legumes,vegetables and (68)Dand the nearly infinite number of foods made by combining them.
