How to Prevent the H1N1 Flu

       The H1N1 flu is a kind of dangerous disease ,and up till now there is no proper medicine for cure for it .It is believed that most people who caught the H1N1flu might not have a good living habit .

       So prevention is better than cure .First ,keep away from dirty things or creatures, and once you touch some ,wash your hands with soap .And don’t buy or eat the unclean foods that are not quarantined .Second ,form a good habit .Fresh air ,enough sleep ,nice food and proper exercise are very important .Third ,stay away from the infected people .Cover your mouth and nose while sneezing.

    Only in this way can we prevent the H1N1 flu from spreading to us .
