解析:

1. 应对文章整体阅读,以篇章或以句子为单位,进行推敲找错,切不可孤立地仅着眼于某一行。

3.做完短文改错题后,务必要把已改好的短文复读一遍,检查核对。一般说来,一篇改错应该有9处错误,如果考生实在找不出错,可以用“排查法”即,将改错常考察的要素(如,人称,时态,单复数,行文逻辑等)一一排查,确保高分。

1.a去掉.news作“消息”讲时是不可数名词,前面不用冠词a.“一条消息”是a piece of news。

2.offered→been offered。本句的谓语动词要用被动形式。现在完成时的被动形式为“have+been+过去分词”。

3.exam→exams.exams是可数名词,这里要用其复数形式。

4.第一个was→were。这里a few后省略了复数名词students,谓语动词要用复数形式。

5.strong-strongly。strong是形容词,不能修饰动词。这里要用副词,strongly修饰句子的谓语are against。

6.too→so。so…that是一个固定句型,意思是“如此 ……以致于……”。

7.of去掉。be afraid of后要接名词或代词,不能接从句。be afraid后接从句.

8.1ive→living。imagine表示“想像,设想”,后面要接动名词作宾语。又如:Can you imagine him cooking

  the dinner?(你能想像他做饭的情形吗?)
