Recently we did a survey about the diet and food safely for middle school students．To our surprise，we found many students cared little about their health．They like to have snacks，and street food becomes their favorite．Also they choose food that tastes good without studying its storage life．What's more，some students go to school without having breakfast．They lack the basic knowledge of food safety．

It's an important period for our growth in middle school．We should form a good habit of dieting．We'd better arrange three meals properly，especially our breakfast and balance our diet．Moreover，a good knowledge of food safety is essential．Last but not least，we should focus on food production date and its nutrition before choosing it．

In conclusion，middle school students should improve our awareness of food safety for the sake of our health．
