There is no denying that sports benefit us in many aspects. Firstly, by doing sports, we get most part of our body trained. Secondly, properly balanced physical activities help us stay physically fit. Furthermore, sports enrich our life and keep us psychologically healthy. Lastly, when taking part in sports, we can become wise and can learn the spirit of cooperation and optimism and how to deal with difficulties.

But, on the other hand, doing too much sports or doing sports in the wrong way can hurt people, even make them disabled.

As I see it, I enjoy doing sports. I not only experience a healthy life through sports, but also get more chances to breathe fresh air and appreciate the natural beauty. Sports make my life more colorful.
