My name is Li Hua, who is a customer of your travel agency. Here I’m sorry to express my dissatisfaction with the service of your travel agency.

First of all, during the trip the tour guide not only introduced too many activities paid by ourselves but also took us to so many different places to do shopping, which took up much time. Besides, I don’t think the guide is fit for the job enough because he had no good knowledge of the scenic spots and was rude to us. What was worse, the food served was of poor quality and the hotels were terrible.
