A large number of people in the world eat fast food. Whenever you go into a fast food restaurant, you can see lots of people enjoying their meals there. But do you know in which country people like fast food best?
The English people are the world’s biggest fans of fast food, while the French(法国人) are the least interedted in quick meals, according to a survey done last year.
The servery of thirteen countries shows 45% of the English people say they can’t give up fast food because it’s delicious. And 44% of Americans and 37% of Canadians say the same.

The Malaysian government announced that Malaysian flight MH370 lost the contact with the Air Traffic Control the morning of March 8th. The flight at 00:41 a.m. that morning and planned to arrive in Beijing at 6:30 a.m. It carried 239 passengers, 154 Chinese. The passengers come from 14 countries and areas. Nobody knows what happened to the plane. Over twenty countries took part in it. On March 24, Prime Minister of Malaysia said that MH370 crashed in southern Indian Ocean and none of the passengers survived. When we heard the bad news, we were very sad. So far the plane wreckage(飞机残骸) yet. We hope they will find it soon.

In the past month,we’ve been holding our breath for news about a Boeing 777 plane,MH 370.
It took off from Kuala Lumpur(吉隆坡),Malaysia.On March 8.It was heading to Beijing.But about two hours into the flight, the plane went missing.
There were 239 people on the flight,including 154 Chinese.
A total of 12 countries including China and the US have joined the search for the plane.
Did it crash? We know that the weather was clear that day.The pilots didn’t make any distress calls(求救信号).And as of March l3,experts have not found any broken parts of the plane。
Was it hijacked(劫机)? Two Iranians(伊朗人)used stolen passports to get into the flight.But now they do not appear to be linked to any possible hijacking of the plane,international police agency Interpol(国际刑警组织)official said on March 11.
The search is still going on.It could take months or even years to find out what happened
to the flight.

Televisions were among the most talked-about things at CES 2013—the 2013 International Consumer Electronic Show (国际消费类电子产品展销会) last week in Las Vegas, Nevada. They were bigger and better with some of the highest technology (技术). Some TVs used a new technology called OLED. Size also played an important part in CES 2013. TVs changed in size from big to bigger, with at least two companies —Samsung and Hisense —showing TVs that are 110 inches large on the exhibition.
The yearly CES is the biggest technology show in North America and one of the biggest in the world.
It’s a meeting of the brightest minds and the top leaders from many industries and those who want to know about the future.
Digital health and fitness inventions were also big at CES 2013. There was even a fork that tells you when you are eating too fast.
The show had over 3,200 different companies showing more than 20,000new products in about 26 miles of exhibition space.

In 1826, a Frenchman named Niepce needed pictures for his business .But he was not a good artist .So he invented a very simple camera. He put it in a window of his house and took a picture of his garden .That was the first photo.
The next important date in the history of photography (摄影) was in 1837. That year, Daguerre, another Frenchman, took a picture of his reading room .He used a new kind of camera in a different way. In his picture you could see everything very clearly, even the smallest thing. This kind of photo was called a Daguerreotype.
