Don’t read or write in poor or bright sunlight because sunlight can make eye tired. Remember to use sunglasses to stop the sunshine from shining directly(直接) into your eyes. Too much reading, writing, watching television or working on the computer can also cause eye tiredness,so a good rest is important.
