  Lucy bought shoes from the shoe factory and tried to sell them to the people. There were not any shops in small villages. People there did not want to go to town to buy their shoes. So Lucy sold a lot of shoes there. One day Lucy drove along the street. She stopped in front of a house. There was a small boy beside the door. Lucy opened the window of her lorry and called to the boy, “Hello! Is your mother at home?”

  The boy looked at Lucy. Then he answered,“ Yes, she is.”

  “That' s good.” Lucy said. She got out of her lorry, took some shoes and went to the door of the house. She knocked at the door and waited for a few more minutes, but nobody came to answer the door.

  Lucy knocked again and waited for a few more minutes, but still no one answered.

  Then Lucy looked at the boy and said angrily, “Your mother is NOT at home!”

  “Why didn't she open the door?”

Football

  The game is played by two teams. There must be eleven players in each team.
