=$\frac{5}{9}$×$\frac{7}{12}$+$\frac{5}{12}$×$\frac{5}{9}$
=$\frac{5}{9}$×($\frac{7}{12}$+$\frac{5}{12}$)
=$\frac{5}{9}$×1
=$\frac{5}{9}$;

(2)1.25×7.8×0.8
=1.25×0.8×7.8
=1×7.8
=7.8;

(3)3.89-1.7-0.3
=3.89-(1.7+0.3)
=3.89-2
=1.89;

(4)102×5.6
=(100+2)×5.6
=100×5.6+2×5.6
=560+11.2
=571.2;

(5)63×($\frac{5}{9}$+$\frac{4}{21}$-$\frac{3}{7}$)
=63×$\frac{5}{9}$+63×$\frac{4}{21}$-63×$\frac{3}{7}$
=35+12-27
=47-27
=20;

(6)1999×$\frac{1997}{1998}$
=(1998+1)×$\frac{1997}{1998}$
=1998×$\frac{1997}{1998}$+1×$\frac{1997}{1998}$
=1997+$\frac{1997}{1998}$
=1997$\frac{1997}{1998}$;

(12)0.38×25+6.2×2.5
=3.8×2.5+6.2×2.5
=(3.8+6.2)×2.5
=10×2.5
=25;

(13)25×125×32
=25×125×(4×8)
=(25×4)×(125×8)
=100×1000
=100000.
