The Mid-autumn Festival ，which is one of the most important traditional festival in china，falls on August 15th of the lunar calendar every year 。It is celebrated both in china and many other Asian countries。People believe that a full moon is the symbol of reunion and good luck，and it is a custom to express best wishes to their beloved ones at this particular time。On that day people usually go back home to have a family get-together ，and then appreciate the beautiful moon ，enjoying the typical food -the moon cake。All Chinese have a wonderful time at the festival 。
