We can see from the graph that about 35 percent of the students believe the choice should be based on their own interest 。Around 45 percent ，however，insist that main consideration should be given to the needs of society 。Interestingly ，about 20 percent would rather depend on their parents or teacher。Personally，I'd like to choose my courses and university according to my own interest。The reasons are as follows：
First，it's widely acknowledged that interest is the best teacher 。With it ，my university life will surely be more enjoyable and easier 。What's more ，interest helps to arouse my curiosity，stimulate my motivation for exploring some new valuable things。
So I strongly believe that with my own interest and effort ，I will achieve great success in the coming university life。
