     How can we solve the problem then? As far as I'm concerned, riding bicycles is a good solution. For one
thing, bicycles don't need any petrol and they are energy-saving. For another, bicycles are environmentally
friendly because they don't give off waste gas. What's more, riding bicycles is a good way to exercise and it
is beneficial to out health.
     Therefore, let's take the responsibility to build up a low carbon city by riding bicycles. Come on and join

Scientists have identified more than forty chemicals in tobacco smoke that cause cancer in humans and animals. Nicotine (尼古丁) is the major poison in cigarettes that gives pleasure to smokers. Also, studies have found that nicotine can be as harmful as alcohol or the illegal drugs. So experts say it is better never to start smoking and become dependent on nicotine than it is to smoke with the idea of stopping later.
Smoking tobacco is the leading cause of lung disease. Smoking also has been linked to heart disease, stroke and many kinds of cancer. American government health experts say smoking affects not only the smoker. Tobacco smoke also affects the health of people who do not smoke. Smokers may harm the health of family members and people at work. Tobacco smoke causes an estimated 3,000 non-smoking Americans to die of lung cancer each year.
Therefore, it can be seen that smoking begins to cause damage immediately. All cigarettes can damage the body. And there is no safe way to smoke.
