Nowadays more and more people would rather look for a job on the Internet than in the ads of newspapers or in a job market. There are many reasons for their preference, one of which is that a job hunter can find a job conveniently without bothering to get recommendations from relatives or friends, or registration at an employment exchange. Besides, a job hunter can get a job by simply browsing among the ads online and sending resumes by an E-mail. Finally, the success rate is very high, and even if one fails to find a job, it can spare him the embarrassment of being refused.
As for me, I believe that with the increasing popularity of the Internet, this new way will win favor among more and more jobless people and laid-off workers for its convenience, efficiency and high success rate.
