Care should be centered on lowering the body temperature as quickly as possible. Failure to do this may result in death. The right first aid measures for heatstroke are as follows：
First, have the victim lie down and elevate his or her feet. Be sure to maintain an open airway of the victim. Then，try to move the victim to a cool environment. After this, apply cold and wet towels to the victim and use a fan to lower his or her temperature. If possible, have the victim drink some water or something like that.
