February 20,2001 　　Dear Mr Smith, 　　I am writing to you to ask for advice about my classmate's cheating on the English examination. 　　We had an English examination last week. During the examination, 1 saw my desk-mate took out his lecture notes and checked the test paper with them. I went back and told my parents about that, but to my disappointment, my parents said that it was none of my business. 　　I think it is wrong to cheat on an examination.
