As can be seen from the picture, four men of one team are competing in a tug-of-war match with their leader directing them. They are pulling the rope with all their strength, however, in different directions. Obviously, they can’t win the match in this way.

Seeing the picture, I can’t help thinking how ridiculous it is. They compete as a team and all of them do make efforts. But unfortunately they neglect that being united is the key to success. If they keep on doing like this, they will never win. It is the same with our life. We all want to achieve success. Yet very often we are awakened up by the plain fact that there are certain things we cannot accomplish alone. Therefore, it is essential for us to work in a united way. United, we stand; divided, we fall.

  We should bear in mind that we cannot attain any achievement in our teamwork without cooperation.
