There was a heated discussion in our class yesterday on the topic“Is it necessary to employ foreign teachers in middle schools？”Some students believe that some schools hire foreign teachers just to improve their reputation but actually it is not necessary at all. On the contrary，there is an opinion that foreign teachers can encourage the students to get more involved in English learning，especially in improving their oral skills.
In my opinion，foreign teachers are very necessary because today the students’ oral English ability is becoming more and more important. With foreign teachers in our school，not only can we learn English from them，but also we can make friends with them and share our experiences. What’s more，we can have lots of fun by communicating with them.
Therefore，I believe schools can surely benefit from hiring foreign teachers.
