Recently ,people have had a heated discussion about whether students should make friends on-line. Different people hold different opinions.

Some of them agree with the opinion . The reasons are as follows: first, we can make more friends with others on the Internet. Second, We can express our ideas freely. Besides, making friends on line can contribute to learning English.

However, others are against the opinion .The reason why they disagree is that they think it is a waste of time to make friends on line and has a bad effect on study. What’s more, students are likely to be cheated on line .

Each coin has its two sides .In my opinion, making friends on line is good for us because it is very convenient and can widen our horizon.
