Top Meal of the Day
A recent survey shows that 40% of the students in our school do not have breakfast. Some students who stay up late studying choose to miss breakfast so that they can have a few extra minutes in bed. Some schoolgirls want to stay slim and go to school without breakfast. Besides, some parents are too busy to prepare breakfast. As a result, these students suffer from a lack of energy and tend to get tired easily. They often feel sleepy in class, so it is hard for them to get high marks in tests.
In fact, the morning meal plays an important part in students’ life and study. So parents should spare time to cook and provide a balanced diet for their children. On the other hand, students should start their day with a regular breakfast. If possible, enjoy it with their parents.
