Live with disability is frustrating and challenging. Everyday
activities are more difficulty than they are for others. It is also
often disappointed to find that other people do not feel
comfortable together with someone who are disabled.
Perhaps we should all listen Xiaowen's advice.
"Sometimes I wonder why they call myself disabled," she says.
"I have learnt to live with my body as it is and adjust
my way of life." Maybe it is time for the rest of society
accept me as I am and get used to the fact which while I may
not be able to walk, there are many the other great things I can do."

　　Helen Keller who was born in America in June, 1890．Her birth brought much happiness to her parents．But when she was 19 month old, she became deaf and blind because a serious fever．Living in a world where she couldn’t see or hear anything, she almost lost the hope to live．

　　But, at seven, she met her teacher, calling Anne Sullivan．At first, it was hard for Anne to teach so a disabled girl．Helen’s strong will and cleverness together with Anne’s skill and patience finally helped to make a wonder．Helen learned to speak, read and even play the piano．Later, she finished her college education and get a degree in English literature．

　　Helen wrote many books, of which “The Story of My Life” was the most famous．Helen was also devoted to help other disabled people like himself．She moved both the USA or the world．
