Nowadays, Senior 3 students spend most of their time studying at school. When going back home at weekends, they tend to play online games to get relaxed, which I think is not a healthy way.
As we know, sitting before the computer for a long time will do harm to their eyesight and make their back uncomfortable. Besides, it is easy for them to become addicted to online games, making them hard to concentrate on their lessons after retuning to school. Therefore, in this way they can’t get refreshed but exhausted.
I suggested they should participate in some outdoor activities with their friends or classmates, such as playing ball, climbing the hill and so on. In addition, parents will feel happy if they talk with them about their school life and problems they meet with.
In a word, playing online games harm them mentally and physically, they should find other ways to make their stay at home more meaningful and colorful.
