Last weekend we went mountain-climbing. Even the heavy rain in the morning could not prevent us from go. Setting off very early, we went along an extreme narrow road, all in high spirits. On every side of the road were green fields and some farm house. We could hear the sound of the  rain and our footsteps mixed with our laughter. At noon we reached the top of the mountain. That surprised us most there was the beauty of scenes. After having short rest there and sharing with the food we had brought, we started going down. It had rained even harder. We were wet to the skin, and we still sang and laughed happily.

I was playing at my cousin house. Since his family was rich than mine, he had more toys than I did. There was one on particular I’d always wanted. I put into my pocket when he wasn’t looking. I guessed, even at that age, I would never be able to enjoy to playing with the toy or faced my cousin again; I would always know I’d done something wrong. Late on, my aunt drove me home. In a summer night in Taiwan, Xiao Hong was going on her way to school happily then

suddenly she felt the street was strong shaking. The trees were torn up and many buildings were leaned down to the ground. Even a car was destroyed by the fallen buildings. She was knocked down by a tree before she knew. Two doctors carried him to safety and she was settled down in a tent for treatment. After some time, she had got over. Seeing such many goods from the

mainland of China and other countries, she believed all the destroyed houses would be built.
