In our daily life, we can see many of us lead an unhealthy life. Here are some examples: some of us don’t take regular physical exercise and many lack sleep. Second, others keep on sitting for a long time. What’s worse, some don’t have a habit of eating breakfast. What is the worst is that some students even have been addicted to smoking and drinking, which may ruin their health.
There is no doubt that these unhealthy lifestyles do great harm to our health. If we don’t change our way of life, we’ll break down sooner or later.
