After reading your advertisement for a foreign English teacher in the newspaper ，I want to apply for this position。
My name is Linda Brown and I was born on October 12，1976 in Australia。I graduated from the university of Melbourne with a master’s degree in Law in 2001。I have a good knowledge of English and I also know some Chinese and can communicate with people in simple Chinese 。I love the Chinese people and I have a special interest in Chinese  traditional culture 。Since I came to China in 2005, I’ve taught in several Chinese high schools, and I work hard and get along well with my students and other teachers.
If you’re kind enough to offer me this oportunity, I’m sure that I will do a good job. I’m looking forward to your early reply.

本文是一篇求职信，主要介绍自己情况的简历，要点以表格形式给出，比较清晰简单，考生自己思考和发挥的空间并不大，只需要简单翻译即可。在写作的过程中要注意适当使用高级的词汇和句型，如文中的have a good knowledge of ，get along well with，looking forward to让文章更有文采。同时也要注意使用合适的连接词，象since，and让文章更流畅。
