Dear Mom and Dad,

   The annual college entrance examination is around the corner. On this special occasion, how I wish I could

have a heart-to-heart talk with you.

   To begin with, I am grateful to all the love, care and encouragement you have given me all these years. Meanwhile, it is my sincere hope that you can spare more time to communicate with me. In this way, I can always be in a good state in the coming year. Besides, I also hope that you can create necessary conditions, thus providing me with timely help.

  For my part, I am determined to concentrate more time and energy on my study and, if any problem arises, turn to my teachers immediately. What’s more, i will pay special attention to maths where I used to score low. After all, a balanced development is essential in the college entrance examination.
