解答 解:由$[\begin{array}{l}{1}&{a}\\{b}&{4}\end{array}]$$[\begin{array}{l}{1}\\{1}\end{array}]$=$[\begin{array}{l}{3}\\{7}\end{array}]$,
∴$\left\{\begin{array}{l}{1+a=3}\\{b+4=7}\end{array}\right.$,解得:$\left\{\begin{array}{l}{a=2}\\{b=3}\end{array}\right.$,
M=$[\begin{array}{l}{1}&{2}\\{3}&{4}\end{array}]$,
丨M丨=1×4-2×3=-2
M-1=$\frac{1}{丨M丨}$×$[\begin{array}{l}{4}&{-2}\\{-3}&{1}\end{array}]$=$[\begin{array}{l}{-2}&{1}\\{\frac{3}{2}}&{-\frac{1}{2}}\end{array}]$,
M-1=$[\begin{array}{l}{-2}&{1}\\{\frac{3}{2}}&{-\frac{1}{2}}\end{array}]$.
