【题目】 Parking has been a problem for drivers for a long time in Taizhou. The Transportation Department is mapping out a new plan for the city’s parking system. There are about 100 thousand cars on the road in Taizhou but only enough parking space to provide room for 15 percent of these vehicles. This is my second month in Edinburgh — can you believe it? I love it here. I’m so happy I decided to go to university in Scotland.
