Last year，a serious accident happened to a nine-seat minibus in November in Gansu．There were 62 children inside，and 21of them died．To stop such accidents，the government decided to strengthen the rules for school buses．
On April 5，the State Council （国务院） carried out new rules about school bus safety．These new rules are much stricter than the old ones．

It's a popular movie this year．It is three-dimensional（3D），so you may have to wear a special pair of glasses to see it．The 3D glasses make the images（图象）from the movie look like they are coming straight at you．

Dr John Hagan，an eye doctor in Kansas City，said some people who do not see depth normally cannot see in 3D at all．
