We should form good eating habits. For example,we should eat healthy food instead of junk food. The second one is about exercising. We should try to play different sports such as swimming and running. Sports can make us healthy and strong. The third one is about reading. Reading is a good way to relax. Reading can show us something new to learn and bring us much fun. The last one is about sleeping. If you want to keep healthy,you’d better to have enough sleep.
