Because we all face much stress at work and study, and we know the importance of taking sports. However, some of us may do sports wrong. For example, some people take sports for so long that they will feel tired. And, some people choose to take sports in the evening, which makes them too excited to go to bed.
In my opinion, it’s true that we should take sports, but we need to do it in a proper way. Appropriate and regular sports will help reduce stress and prevent us from illness. There are two kinds of sports I’d like to recommend. One is swimming, because it won’t hurt your knees and it will do good to your breath. The other one is hiking. You can get a chance to be close to nature and relax yourselves.
