On the first morning, I got out of bed and put on my sports clothes. Then I got into my car and drove off to the park. On the way , I set a goal for myself---I must finish 10 rounds before I went to work.
After arriving at the park, I got out of the car. The air was nice and clean. I took a deep breath (深呼吸). Then I joined the people there and started my exercise.
At first, I was enjoying every step (步). However, on my 5^th round, I felt tired and thirsty. I wanted to give up and have a good rest on the ground. Moved by the men and women whom I walked with that morning, I finished my exercies.
