Many people asked me how I started Pajama (睡衣) Program, but in fact, it seemed that Pajama Program came to me. I never planned to start it. In the beginning, I just wanted to find my purpose (意义) in life.

I visited a children’s home. I read to them in the evening once a week. One night I watched them go to sleep. There was no changing clothes, no bedtime stories, no hugs from parents.
