  Zhuoma will come to our school next week. She’s from Yushu, Qinghai. Zhuoma is a 13-year-old girl. In her home town, she couldn’t go to school because of the earthquake. She’ll study with us for a year. As her new classmate, I’ll try my best to help her. When she comes, I’ll introduce my friends to her and show her around our school. On weekdays, I’m going to give her some school things, I’m good at English, so I can help her with her English. I’ll help her join our English club. Maybe she is lonely on weekends. I can invite her to my home. We’ll have dinner together. Then, we can play games or watch TV.

   I’ll do my best to make her happy and feel at home. In my opinion, all Chinese come from a family. We should help each other.

The painting Along the River During Qing Ming Festival, is considered a national treasure. It tells about life in Bianjing, today’s Kaifeng, in Henan province. More tan 1,000 years ago, it was the largest city in the world. Special technology makes more than 1,500 characters of the painting walk and move along a 100-meter-long wall.

Four families are chosen from Zhejiang Province to show their daily lives. The films and furniture from these families is on display. And you will have the chance to experience the daily lives of these families at different periods.
