The story I want to share most

Looking back on the old days of my junior high school, I can see plenty of wonderful moments shared with my teachers and classmates. Among those, an experience of group study is the most unforgettable.

One day when I was in the eighth grade, my English teacher asked the class to make an English presentation about robots. In order to make a successful one, all the members of my group started discussion immediately after school. We divided the tasks into four parts and each of us was responsible for one part. Even though we had different jobs to do, we helped each other a lot by offering valuable information and possible methods. The day before the presentation, all the group members gathered at my home and prepareed for it together. We all had a strong sense of satisfaction and achievement when working in a group and cooperating with each other. Without doubt, our presentation the next day was the best of all. Our friendship was built on that day.

In my opinion, friendship not only means to care or understand, but also to support and encourage each other. I will never forget the friendship between us.

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿ If you look at the top of your phone, you¡¯ll usually see a little symbol that says 3G or 4G.¡¾1¡¿ But these symbols will become things of the past after 5G networks fully arrive.

On March 30, 2019, Shanghai vice mayor Wu Qing made the first 5G video call on a Huawei Mate X Smartphone.¡¾2¡¿

About 100 times faster than 4G networks, 5G will let people download(ÏÂÔØ) and upload data (Êý¾Ý) faster than ever before. But 5G won¡¯t just bring faster mobile internet.¡¾3¡¿

For example, 5G will help to make self-driving cars safer. Today¡¯s self-driving test cars have one problem¡ªlag(ÑÓ³Ù). When the car ¡°sees¡± an obstacle(ÕϰÎï), it sends this information to a data center and receives instructions.¡¾4¡¿With this kind of lag, the cars might hit each other because they don¡¯t receive instructions in time. With 5G, this lag will be greatly lowered, making the cars safer.

5G could also be used to help the internet of things(IoT). IoT is a large online network that connects all things and people. Fast internet speeds will be the key to developing this technology. ¡¾5¡¿For example, with IoT, your refrigerator could automatically(×Ô¶¯µØ) place an order online for eggs when it finds that there are no eggs left inside.

A.Shanghai has also become the first city in China to start testing 5G networks.

B.5G will help us buy eggs quickly.

C.People can use it for many other things as well.

D.However, it takes time to send and receive this information.

E.The ¡°G¡± is the ¡°generation(´ú)¡± of your mobile network.

F.The IoT could be used in a lot of ways.

G.5G networks are much faster than 4G or 3G.

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿ Dorothy and her friends were worried to get out of the forest as soon as they could, so they hurried along the yellow brick road. It was not long before they came to a wide river.

"What can we do now?" Dorothy exclaimed. "There isn't a tree tall enough to fall across this river. "

"There's no problem, "the Scarecrow (µ¾²ÝÈË)said. "The Tin Woodman will use his axe to build a raft (ľ·¤) . "

And this is what the Tin Woodman did. And while he was busy making the raft, Dorothy found some wild fruit and nuts, which she ate hungrily. Then, because it was taking the Tin Woodman a long time to finish the raft, Dorothy lay down and went t sleep.

The night passed without any problems, and the next morning the raft was ready. Dorothy sat in the middle with Toto. The Lion stood at one end and nearly sank (ϳÁ)it because he was so big and heavy. The Scarecrow and the Tin Woodman stood at the other end They both had long poles (¸Ë×Ó)that they used to push the raft through the water.

At first all went well, but then the river became so deep that the poles could not touch the bottom.

The Tin Woodman said, "If we cannot stay near the land and the yellow brick road, the Wicked Witch of the West will use her magic and put a spell (ÖäÓï)on us. "

"And then we won't meet the Wizard, and I won't get any brains, " the Scarecrow said.

"And I won't get a heart, "the Tin Woodman said.

"And I won't get any courage, "the Lion said.

"And I'll never get home to Kansas, " Dorothy said. "we must do something"

The Scarecrow was able to push the raft to the river bank. Dorothy, Toto, the Lion and the Tin

Woodman got off. Before the Scarecrow could get off however, the raft moved away from the river band and carried the Scarecrow down the river.

Dorothy said, "Perhaps we'll met the raft further down the river. The most important thing now is to get back to the yellow brick road and continue on our way to the City of Emeralds. "

The Lion and the Tin Woodman agreed, and they set off along the river bank. It was not long before they saw the Scarecrow. He was holding onto the pole in the middle of the river. There was no sight of the raft.

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿ After nearly half a mouth, the Christmas letter finally was here in my hand. Yes, writing letters is how my friend in the US and I exchange our greeting every Christmas. For me, writing letters is more of a _____________habit than a quirk(¹Öñ±) in modem times. ¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿ Sounds are everywhere. You have two cool parts ¡ª ears on your body that can let you hear the sounds.

The ear is made up of three different parts: the outer ear, the middle ear and the inner ear. These parts all work together so you can hear sounds.

The outer ear is the part that you can see. It moves the sound waves(²¨ÀË) to the part of the ear inside the head. Inside your ear, you have an eardrum(¶úĤ). The eardrum is a thin piece of skin. Sound waves push against the eardrum. This makes the eardrum vibrate. When it vibrates, it moves its tiny bones. The bones help sounds move along to the inner ear. Then you can hear the sounds.

Ears are very useful. With the help of your ears, you can hear any sound. Maybe the sound is as quiet as your cat. Maybe it is so loud, like a plane flying by. Hearing is one of the most important senses, and it allows you to communicate, to learn and to enjoy things like music.

Believe it or not, your ears can help you keep balance. If there¡¯s something wrong with your ears, you may fall down easily.

Therefore, ears should be protected well. We should protect our ears from loud noises in the daily life: When you listen to music with headphones on, make sure that the sound is not too loud. Remember to take breaks after listening for a while and let your ears have a good rest.

A.The inner ear is a thin piece of skin.

B.Your two ears can keep your balance.
