¡¾´ð°¸¡¿My school life in junior middle school
Hello, I am John. How time flies! I have been in this school for nearly three years. Here is what my school life is like.
At school, our teachers are strict with themselves. They care about each student. When we have any problem, they always help us. We students all respect them and listen to them carefully in class. We help each other. After class, we can finish our homework on time.
Though I am busy with my study, I still live a colorful life. I watch TV for one and a half hours every week (I spend one and a half hours watching TV every week.) I enjoy watching TV programmes about sports because I think they are very exciting. I enjoy music in my free time. I like classical music very much because it is serious and has a lasting value. I have a gift for painting. I always encourage myself to keep trying and make more wonderful pictures.
As a junior middle school student, I hope I can make great progress and get high marks in the exams. Make my dream come true and enter the ideal high school. I think I will live a happy life in the future.

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿ Some etiquette£¨ÀñÒÇ£©in modern life
Do you often use a cell phone? Do you take the subway to school every day? These items make our modern life easier. But do you know how we should behave properly while using them? The following suggestions might be helpful.
For mobile phone users
¡ôKeep your voice down when you make a phone call in public. Shouting on the phone may make others feel uncomfortable.
¡ôStop sending messages or playing games with your cell phone at a dinner or a party. It's a good time to communicate with your family and friends.
¡ôDon't make or answer a call while driving. It is not only very dangerous for both you and your passengers but also against the law.
For subway passengers
¡ôYou are supposed to wait in line while buying tickets and getting on the subway.
¡ôYou're not allowed to eat, drink or smoke on the subway train. It's our duty to keep the train clean and tidy.
¡ô You can't take pets on the train. As we all know, animals may spread diseases£¨´«²¥¼²²¡£©and get the train dirty.

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿ Living in a new era of high technology, more people choose to ask for help by using crowd funding (ÖÚ³ï) online. Some people think it¡¯s convenient and people can get help in time when they are in trouble. There are some other people refusing to donate money in this way. They don¡¯t think the money can be used properly. The following are what some people think about the new way of donating money.
Jackson | Thanks to the crowd funding, I have a chance to succeed in starting a company. About three years ago, I got help from almost eighty thousand strangers. With the money raised from them, my dream to have my own company came true. Next year, my workmates and I plan to donate some of my money to other people in need if the company goes well. |
Maria | I often do volunteer work in my free time. I¡¯ve been volunteering for nearly six years. But I am unfamiliar with how crowd funding works. I don¡¯t think I have time and energy to check whether the online information about the people is true. So I never use crowd funding. I prefer to help people in my neighborhood. |
Jean | Everyone in my family was upset and lost hope when they knew I had a serious illness. I was really thankful to the nurse who told us to try to raise money with help of crowd funding. At first, my parents thought it was unbelievable and impossible to get the money. When they realized they had no choice but to carry out the nurse¡¯s advice, they tried and got the money for my operation. I will try my best to work harder and repay the helpers¡¯ love to me. |
