Good to hear from you! It’s amazing that you’re learning Chinese cooking. Why are you interested in it? How are you learning? And what can you cook? Hope to enjoy your dishes next time!

Yes, we really have Mid-Autumn Festival. It’s on August 15^th of the lunar calendar. It’s one of the most important festivals in China. All the family members get together for a big dinner that day. We usually eat moon cakes while watching the moon at night. We believe the full moon is the symbol of reunion.
