Getting healthy is becoming a goal (目标) for our lives. You can start by making a simple plan.

Pay attention to food What we put into our bodies might just be the first thing that we need to think about. Here is one thing to remember when making your health plan. Keep it balanced. Get some sleep Getting enough sleep is important to your health. Because when we get enough sleep our bodies can work at their best. For example, after a good sleep, it’s easier to make healthy decisions about our life. Here is a simple tip to help you get more sleep — go to bed a few minutes early before you sleep.
