People have shared the common thought that instant noodles (方便面) are convenient but unhealthy. However,a group of nutrition (营养) experts from Tianjin published a study,saying instant noodles are not junk food.

   They said instant noodles are rich in protein (蛋白质) , fat and carbohydrates (碳水化合物) ,the three basic nutrients for the human body.

In an article in Beijing News,Fan says that the three basic nutrients are far from enough for a healthy body. Also,instant noodles do not have enough vitamins.

   According to Fan,the human body needs more than 40 types of nutrients every day.    Besides,overseas research has found out that instant noodles are rich in a kind of chemical that causes high blood pressure.

   To keep healthy,the body needs to get balanced nutrients. Gu Zhongyi,a council member of the Beijing Dietetic Association suggests people should not eat instant noodles regularly.
