One day John invited me to his farm. When I arrived at his farm,I was surprised to see a pig with three artificial(人造的)legs. I asked John why the pig had them. He said, “One day, while I was checking one of the tires(轮胎)of my car, the car suddenly started to move slowly and then I was trapped under the wheel. Just then Pinky,the pig, saw this. It ran back to the house and pulled my wife out of the house. Then my wife realized something was happening and then helped me get out of wheel. It's a smart pig.
“The story is amazing, but it can't explain why Pinky has the artificial legs,”I said.
“Well, let me tell you another accident. Once,my son hit his head on a stone while swimming in a lake. He began to,down when pinky jumped into the water, swam to him and pulled him up onto the bank,”John said.
“Great! Most pigs can't swim, but Pinky can !” I said.
“Last year, a strong fire broke out in my house. My family were asleep at that time. Pinky kept barking around the house until we all woke up. We rushed out just several minutes before the house collapsed(倒塌),”John continued.
“ Pinky is actually a special pig, but I really want to know why it has three artificial legs ,” I said anxiously.
“Well,”said John,“Pinky is so good that we can't eat it up at one time.”
