Geography and history are the subjects in middle school. In my idea, geography and history are very important for us in our lives. For it there are two following reasons:
Firstly, geography and history are good for our travel. Every year, we may go out for our holiday. If we have the knowledge of geography and history, we can go anywhere even though we don't know the way. We also take a map with us. But if we didn't learn geography, we may not understand the map well. We can learn a lot about the city if we know history about it. With history,we can enlarge our sight and know more about the development of many things.
Secondly, geography and history are also important for our buildings. Having the knowledge of geography and history, we can know where we build the houses well.
So, in my view, it's very important to study geography and history at school.
