On March 14 this year, one of science’s brightest stars went dark. Stephen Hawking, the word-famous British scientist, died at 76 in Cambridge, UK.

Hawking travelled the earth to attend science meetings, visiting every continent (大洲), including Antarctica (南极洲). And he hoped to travel into space one day.
