Early in January last year,the US agreed to make a plan to spend over 700billion (十亿) dollars in order to save the financial market.But no one was sure whether it would help or not.President Barack Obama said it would take some time.Luckily,the leaders from 20countries promised(承诺) to work together to fight against(抵抗) the financial crisis.
