Now let me tell you something about my living habits. I have a lot of good habits. I exercise every day and always read books. I eat vegetables three times a day and eat fruit five to six times a week. They are good for health. I never stay up late. I sleep about nine hours every night. However, I have some bad habits, too. I often watch TV for more than two hours a day and hardly ever help with housework at home. I like eating junk food and never drink milk.
