The hardest thing in the world is saying yes to the world. Do you say yes to the world? Most of us have a habit of going through our days saying no to the things we don’t like and yes to the things we like, and yet, everything we face is our life. We won’t say yes to the things we do not like, because we are afraid that we will not remove them forever.
But in fact, it is only through accepting the existence(存在) of what’s not working for us that we can begin to change our ideas. When we say yes to the world, we begin to believe that whatever our situation is, we can work with it.
