I still remember that when I began learning English, I found it difficult to learn it well. The words were difficult to remember, and the grammars were not easy to understand. Besides, the worst thing was that I was afraid of speaking English aloud, especially in public. I was always afraid of making mistakes. The result is that I couldn’t learn English well. Then, my teacher and friends encouraged me and told me that I must believe in myself and needn’t be afraid of making mistakes. So, I tried my best to learn English, especially practice speaking English. I still make some mistakes now but I don’t think it is a big problem. Now, my English is being improved day by day. From this experience I know that if we believe in ourselves, we will succeed.
