As a student, I have experienced a lot of failures.

One day last term, it was my turn to give a speech in the English class. Because my pronunciation was poor, it was no surprise that I failed. After that, my English teacher encouraged me to try harder, and told me some useful ways which could make my pronunciation better. With her help, I started to practice hard. Later, I told the class that I would give another speech and I succeeded.

Thanks to that failure, I could see where my problem was, and where I should do better to improve myself. From this point of view we can see failure is not a bad thing, it is the mother of success!
