      With the development of the Internet,smartphones are widely used among people. Phubbers can be seen here and there. We can use phones to chat online,go shopping,know about lots of news,play mobile games and do other activities. There are many people who are crazy about their advantages but few people notice it has some bad effects on them.

     To begin with,more people have become silent because they concentrate more on mobile phones,which influences their relationship with their friends and family. They are not glad to have a face-to-face conversation with others anymore. Many students spend so much time on the phones in their spare time or at home that they can't finish their homework on time. Some students can't put their hearts into studies. Some people become so addicted to them that they even use them when driving,which often leads to traffic accidents. Last but not least,using phones for a long time is bad for our health.

     As a student,we should learn to make good use of phones. We should spend more time on our study first. We should go out to exercise,enjoy more sunshine and communicate with others.
